Frico
| Sbucciate le patate e tagliatele a fettine spesse meno di mezzo centimetro. Fate intanto soffriggere la cipolla in una casseruola ben unta d’olio, facendo attenzione a non alzare troppo la fiamma. Quando la cipolla è imbiondita buttate le patate e aumentate il calore della fiamma per pochi minuti. Salate, pepate e fate andare a fuoco moderato, girando spesso le patate. Girate il tortino con l’aiuto di un coperchio e aumentate il calore della fiamma. Quando sarà dorato da entrambe le parti capovolgete il frico su un piatto da portata e servite ben caldo accompagnato da polenta. Intanto preparate il formaggio a fettine. Quando le patate sono praticamente cucinate aggiungete il formaggio e coprite per 20 minuti cuocendo a fuoco lento. |
